Job Description

Continental Tide is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.  As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our office operations, responsible for streamlining processes, coordinating tasks, and supporting various projects. 

 
Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of office-related projects.

Coordinate project resources, schedules, and deliverables.

2. Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to office management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.

3. Office Operations:

Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain office services.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

Act as a point of contact between various departments and teams within the office.

Facilitate communication and coordinate efforts to meet project and operational goals.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records, document project progress, and prepare reports as needed.

Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.

Experience and Skills

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience in office administration or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
